Awards Advisor, London, 3 months temp with a possible extension, £14.20 ph plus holiday pay
A high profile not for profit Membership body needs an Administrator to start ASAP. If you love animals, this is a great opportunity for you! Our client is Central London based and this role will be hybrid working. This is a great team, very friendly and collaborative. The role will involve lots of customer service, you need to be very organised with a good eye for detail the ability to update website information. Dogs are regularly in the office!
Responsibilities of this Administrator role are:
- Respond to queries and requests from customers regarding certificates and awards from shows
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure requests for certifications and awards are responded to promptly and professionally
- Ensure the relevant section of the website is updated
- Use the CRM system
Person specification and skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Microsoft packages and CRM systems
