Data Quality Assistant. Heritage Organisation. Temporary for 8 weeks, Central London location and hybrid, with 2 days working from home. £15 an hour, plus holiday pay.
Are you an experienced Data Quality Assistant used to improving the quality of CRM data? Have you worked in a Development / Fundraising team and understand donor relationships and the fundraising process? If so, this is the job for you!
One of the world's most prestigious museums is looking for a Data Quality Assistant to join them for a short assignment to refine and enhance their supporter data, held in Raiser’s Edge.
A typical day might include:
- Assisting with the coordination of supporter data projects
- Ensuring data integrity by auditing supporter records, correcting erroneous data entries and updating outdated information
- Redacting records in line with compliance policies
- Communicating any data quality concerns
- Generating reports and querying data to generate supporter data insight
To be considered for this role you must have a work history that demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and exceptional data management and interpersonal skills. In addition to:
- Excellent CRM experience – ideally with Raiser’s Edge
- Strong experience with Excel
- Ability to respond effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Courteous and efficient handling of queries from colleagues
- An interest in donor relationships and a basic understanding of fundraising processes
- A thorough understanding of UK GDPR
