Delivery Support Officer

Delivery Support Officer, Temporary / 4 months, 35 hours per week, £17.29 an hour, Canary Wharf, London.  

An organisation at the forefront of maintaining standards in Education and Care is looking for two Delivery Support Officers to join their national team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their Delivery Unit, providing essential support to inspection teams, and senior leaders. 

Your daily tasks:  

• Managing diaries, inboxes, travel, and meetings for senior leaders 

• Coordinating inspection schedules and supporting inspector recruitment & onboarding 

• Maintaining data systems, tracking delivery metrics, and producing management reports 

• Supporting internal communications, projects, and national delivery priorities 

• Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders 

Ideally you will have:   

• Previous experience providing support to a busy department  

• Strong administrative and organisational skills 

• Excellent communication  

• Ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks independently 

• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and additional applications
