Executive Assistant, Membership Body, London, 15-20 hours per week, permanent, hybrid working, £34,193 pro-rata
Leading Professional membership Body with a connection to animal welfare and based out of stunning London offices, needs a highly organised Executive Assistant. This is a part time hybrid working role and you will support the CEO and the Senior Officers and ensure the smooth running of their diaries and engagements. You will work daily (minimum of 4 days per week) and the total weekly worked hours are 15 to 20 hours. They are a friendly and welcoming organisation! Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Officers’ and Chief Executive’s diaries
- Arranging meetings for the Officers and Chief Executive
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Officers and Chief Executive
- Logging and distributing invitations and correspondence for the Officers and Chief Executive, and responding where appropriate
- Attending meetings with Officers/Chief Executive and taking minutes when requested
- Managing the corporate calendar (including Board, Council & Committee meetings)
- Maintaining contact lists for key stakeholders
- Correspondence and occasional support to the Head of HR
You will have:
- Senior level PA experience with knowledge of supporting committee meetings (minute taking)
- Experience of providing support to more than one person
- Solid work history
- Confident and competent managing diaries, arranging meetings and travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Confident and competent using Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
