Facilities Administrator, Property Management, Permanent, Central London, £28k p/a
A well-established Property Management company, based in central London requires a Facilities Administrator.
The main duties include:
- Reactive to routine repair requests, each logged on to the CAFM system
- Keeping up to date records on Elogs notes
- Answering helpdesk calls and general requests
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining regular contact with both tenants, occupiers and contractors
- Printing and collating the annual service charge budget packs
- Securely updating all key and door code records
- Assist with calendar management for the FM Team
- Maintain utility meter reading records for all sites and submitting these on invoices
- Flagging sites that are not on contracted utility rates and assisting with consultants on the administration of contracts
- Assist the Facilities Manager with contract administration
- Ensuring all new suppliers complete and return the necessary paperwork in line with ISO procedures
- Administration of web-based Health & Safety system
- Attending contractor/tenant meetings where appropriate
- Assisting the receptionist at times with overflow calls
Recommended skills and experience
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good customer service skills with smart personal presentation
- Organisational and time management skills
