Project Administrator, Temporary, 2-3 days per week, to start asap until the end of the year and possibly into January 2026, Creative Co, Central London, £15-£16 per hour
Renowned Creative Company need a switched on temporary Project Administrator with a mature attitude to help with all the preparation for an office move. This role is 2 to 3 days per week and reporting to the Head of Facilities and Office Management. To start asap and probably until January 2026 at least.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administration and ensuring details of the project are logged as they unfold
- Reporting the Head of Facilities and being proactive in following through
- Multi tasking
- Taking a methodical approach to Administration
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You will be skilled in:
- Taking direction and also working autonomously
- Using your common sense when making decisions and also communicating well, for instance with contractors
- Taking ownership of Admin tasks and paying great attention to detail when carrying them out
- Multi tasking and happy to be quite hands on
