Highly regarded luxury retail label is recruiting for a first class part time Retail Sales Associate. This is a Saturday and Sunday role with the potential to work extra shifts when needed. Hours are Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm. You will have first class communication skills and be a highly skilled sales person!
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide high standards of service and focus on selling
- Provide a welcoming demeanour to customers with the ability to build rapport with prestigious clients
- Help to create and maintain retail visual merchandising standard
- Promote and represent the brand at all times
- Maximise sales through excellent product knowledge
- Operate the tills in a secure and efficient manner, ensuring secure cash handling at all time
- Ensure that stock is regularly replenished
Key skills and experience required
- Demonstrable retail experience, gained in luxury retail
- Aptitude and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating and maintaining a strong customer service culture
- Polished, impeccable personal presentation
