Senior Client Services Administrator with Italian, Private Wealth Investment Company, Permanent, £30,000-£40,000
Established, independent Trust and Corporate Services Provider, which also provides accounting and tax services to Private Clients is looking for a Senior Client Services Administrator in the Corporate and Fiduciary Client Services team, ideally Italian speaking. This is a full time and permanent position based in London.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients (including corporate entities, trusts and foundations)
- Ensure statutory compliance is met and provide outstanding client service
- Act as first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining a relationship with them, providing support and a high level of client service.
- Set up legal entities
- Maintain company files and statutory records
- Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
- Keep updated with regulatory and statutory changes
- Prepare invoices, payments, contracts, and any other documentation
- Keep all financial records up to date, liaising with the accounting team
- Liaise with third parties such as accountants/auditors, legal advisors and bankers to enable the efficient management of the clients’ activities
You will have:
- Ideally a university degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a professional equivalent (e.g. STEP, ICSA)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) industry
- Client service experience
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good working knowledge of software applications commonly used by TCSPs
- Fluent English and, ideally, Italian
- A keen eye for detail
